We were in the area for a wedding at Pentney Abbey and this was a perfect place nearby. It’s just as described / pictures and was very homely and appreciated how warm and cosy it was as it’s getting colder. Charlotte was very responsive and helpful, thank you for having us stay!

Peaceful location surrounded by farmland. you will need a car to get here. Reasonably close to kings Lynn and a great base for exploring north Norfolk

A lovely place to stay, with everything you could need and extra touches as well. Charlotte was welcoming and anticipated our needs so we felt really at home for our few days. The village is also lovely and there is plenty of walking and cycling from the front door.

We had a wonderful stay in the annex, especially putting the fire on! The annex was clean, nicely decorated and private and it was easy to find and check in. Charlotte was an excellent host, very friendly and welcoming and very good communication. The location is also very close to Pentney Abbey. I would highly recommend.
